3. TO SECURE YOUR SELECTED PROPERTY FOR YOU
- we require ONE WEEK’ S RENT, which will be deducted from your first month rent payable on the day of your moving into the property.

Essential Documents for Tenancy Applications
To ensure a smooth application process, please have the following documents readily available:
* Identification:
* Copy of Passport: A clear and legible copy of your passport.
* Valid Visa/Work Permit (if applicable): If you are not a UK citizen, please provide a copy of your valid visa or work permit.
* Financial Proof:
* 3 Months Latest Payslips: Provide the most recent three months of payslips from your current employer.
* 3 Months Recent Bank Statements: Submit three months of recent bank statements to demonstrate your financial stability.
* Landlord References:
* References from Previous Landlord: Please provide contact details for your previous landlord(s) to allow us to verify your tenancy history.
* Right to Rent Check:
* Right to Rent Check: You must be able to demonstrate your legal right to rent in the UK. We will guide you through the necessary checks.

5. SIGNING A CONTRACT
- Once references are obtained and found satisfactory, we will draw up a tenancy agreement for signing.
Referencing up to two tenants (identity, immigration and visa conformation, financial credit checks, obtaining references from current or previous employers/landlords and any other relevant information to access affordability) as well as contract negotiation (amending and agreeing terms) and arranging the tenancy and agreement
6. DEPOSIT
- We require a ONE MONTH’ S DEPOSIT, which is refundable when you move out of the property.
- This deposit will be held in Tenancy Deposit Scheme under government legislation.
